Cancellation & Refund Policy

Contact 9Laundry as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Refund eligibility depends on order status and work already performed or dispatched. Any deduction or remaining balance will be explained before processing. Static QR payments are manually verified; duplicate or excess payments are reviewed against the Order ID and transaction evidence. Approved refunds are recorded with amount, status and processing time. Bank processing time may vary.
