Privacy Notice

We use your name, phone, optional email, hotel/building details, pickup/return coordinates, bag descriptions/photos and payment evidence only to operate, verify and support your laundry order. If you choose Member / Returning Customer, your verified email, latest contact details and latest pickup address are stored in a separate member profile so you can reuse them on another device. Membership is optional and uses a one-time email code instead of a password. Payment details, bag photos and payment slips are not stored in the member profile. Order images are stored privately in the business Google Drive and scheduled for deletion after the configured retention period. Access is limited to staff/authorized account users. Contact 9Laundry to request correction or deletion where operational/legal retention does not require keeping the record.
