Terms of Service

Pickup bookings must be at least 3 hours ahead. Standard pickup windows are 09:00–20:00 Thailand time. Standard return is the same selected time window on the next day. Minimum order is based on verified driving distance. The booking payment is applied to the order minimum; any final balance after weighing/service calculation is confirmed before final delivery. Customers must provide an accessible, accurate pickup point and identify bags accurately. Service outside 10 km requires confirmation. Membership is optional: Guest checkout remains available. Member access uses a one-time email code and the latest saved contact/pickup address may be reused for future bookings.
